Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of the IT/OT package: infrastructure, networking, systems integration, automation deployment, cybersecurity, training and handover
• Reviews architecture, network and detailed designs along with supplier and consultant submissions, and sets the system, cybersecurity and performance requirements
• Oversees day-to-day deployment against approved designs, specifications, schedules and quality requirements
• Coordinates factory, site, integration and user acceptance testing, plus commissioning and operational acceptance
• Serves as the main day-to-day APM Terminals contact for suppliers, vendors, consultants and system integrators, tracks their performance against contracts and challenges proposed technology solutions
• Manages interfaces with the equipment, electrical, civil, automation, HSSE, asset maintenance and business integration teams, and supports operational readiness, training and Go-Live
• Promotes safety and cybersecurity across the deployment work, takes part in audits and governance reviews, and handles package risks, opportunities and issues
• Monitors progress against approved baselines, prepares progress reports, risk updates and change requests, and keeps system documentation, test records and turnover packages under control
