About the partnerships & alliances administrator job in Kuwait City

The role exists to keep the company’s partner ecosystem on track. Agreements are pushed toward signature, every agreed action gets an owner and a due date, and figures from Partnerships, Procurement, Sales and other departments are combined into a single report.

Responsibilities

  • Keeps one current register of the group’s partnership agreements, marking which are signed, pending or due for renewal
  • Chases pending agreements to signature with partners, Legal, Finance and internal teams, escalating the long-pending ones, and files signed documents so the current versions are easy to find
  • Records every action agreed with partners and internal teams with an owner and due date, follows up before deadlines and sends a weekly summary of progress and blockers, watching partners’ commitments as closely as the company’s own
  • Organizes weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings, sends agendas in advance, writes the minutes and publishes agreed actions within one working day
  • Maintains the partner calendar of program deadlines, certification dates, financial year-ends and review dates, and reminds teams in good time
  • Collects monthly and quarterly figures from several departments into one report, prepares material for partner business reviews and management reporting, and flags missing or late inputs early
  • Serves as first contact for day-to-day partner coordination questions, routes them to the right person and keeps the Partnerships and Procurement teams informed of upcoming activities and deadlines
  • Supports onboarding, setup and documentation for new partners, and the department’s regular management reporting cycle

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Arabic, spoken and written
  • Experience in partnership administration, contract coordination, procurement or business administration
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in the IT or technology sector
