At Madar Jobs, we work to present job listings clearly and in an organized way, and to limit listings that break our rules or mislead job seekers.
If you notice a listing with suspicious or inaccurate information, you can report it to us so we can review it and take appropriate action based on the information available.
What you can report
You can report a listing if:
- Someone is impersonating a company, an organization, an employer or a recruiter without authorization.
- You are asked to pay a fee in order to be hired or to apply for the job.
- Personal or financial information is requested in a suspicious or unjustified way.
- The application link is suspicious or unsafe.
- The listing contains misleading or contradictory information.
- The job has closed but still appears as open.
- The application link is broken or leads to a page unrelated to the job.
- Any other content raises doubts about the listing or the employer.
Why we ask you to report listings
Reports from users help improve the quality of the content on Madar Jobs by helping us to:
- Review suspicious or inaccurate listings.
- Correct or remove information that breaks our rules once a problem is confirmed.
- Limit the spread of misleading job listings.
- Help job seekers avoid fraud attempts.
- Keep the published information organized and accurate.
How to report
If you find a listing you believe breaks our rules or is suspicious, please send us a message that includes, as far as possible:
- The link to the job listing.
- A short reason for the report.
- A description of the problem you noticed.
- Any other information that could help us review the listing.
You can contact us by email at [email protected].
We will look at the report and review the listing as soon as possible, based on the information available. The listing may be corrected or removed if we find a problem that calls for it.
If you have already dealt with a suspicious listing
If you have already sent personal or financial information, or paid money, to a party that later turned out to be suspicious, stop all further contact with them immediately. Check your financial accounts if you shared payment details, and report the incident to the relevant official authorities in your country. You can also send us the details of the listing so we can review it and protect other users.
Important notice
Madar Jobs is not a recruitment agency. It plays no part in selecting candidates, conducting interviews or making hiring decisions.
The site never asks job seekers to pay a fee to view jobs or to use the application links it publishes.
We advise users to verify the employer before sharing any personal information, and to avoid sending financial information or paying money to any untrusted party in exchange for a job.
