Customers range from homeowners and interior designers to engineers, contractors, developers and business owners, so the post sells to individuals, companies and projects alike.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes showroom visitors, asks about the space, style and intended use, and recommends suitable products from the range
- Explains the materials on offer: flooring and parquet, curtains and blinds, ceilings and gypsum, wall cladding, HPL, paints and installation materials
- Prepares quotations from measurements and the official price list, follows them up and closes sales against monthly targets
- Takes over qualified leads from the customer care team and logs every visit, quotation and outcome in the CRM
- Builds lasting relationships with individual, company and project accounts and grows repeat and referral business
- Coordinates with the design, warehouse and installation teams so every order is delivered and fitted as promised
- Follows new products and market trends and shares customer insights with the marketing team
Requirements
- Sales background in interior finishing, decoration, building materials, furniture or a related field
- Solid product knowledge, plus the ability to read drawings, take measurements and calculate quantities
- A track record of closing deals and meeting targets, backed by strong negotiation skills
- Excellent Arabic and good English, with a polished, confident presence
- Comfort with Excel, quotation preparation and a CRM system
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in both showroom (retail) and project (B2B) sales, which the ad calls a strong plus
- A degree in interior design, architecture, engineering or business
