• Represents the hotel at tradeshows, client events and sales calls while keeping up a pipeline for short- and long-term business
• Builds relationships with clients, Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention and Visitors Bureaus and intermediaries, and leads site inspections
• Reinforces the business processes that drive revenue across Rooms, Catering and Events, keeping the team’s daily activity in line with strategic goals
• Tracks business metrics and the competitive landscape, adjusting tactics as customer needs and the market change
• Recruits, trains, supervises and mentors team members, conducts performance evaluations and recognizes achievements
