The role blends sales with hands-on application support, so the consultant pitches Atlys products and handles the paperwork in the same visit.

Responsibilities

• Helps walk-in customers complete visa applications in the store, checking that details are accurate and complete
• Welcomes customers, learns what they need for their trip, then explains requirements, timelines, pricing and what Atlys offers
• Responds to travelers’ questions and worries with empathy and patience, staying professional throughout
• Follows up so customers know where their application stands
• Keeps the store tidy and organized, in line with Atlys brand standards
• Stays current on visa regulations, travel policies and Atlys product updates
• Spots ways to improve the in-store experience and shares feedback with the team

Requirements

• Fluent English with strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with visa types (tourist, transit, business), documentation requirements, processing timelines and common rejection reasons
• Ownership, patience and professionalism, with the ability to simplify visa processes for first-time applicants
• Proactive, calm problem-solving on the spot, such as a missing document, an urgent travel deadline or an application error
• Comfort with CRMs, digital application platforms and support tools
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and week-offs
• Attention to detail when reviewing travel documents and verifying application details
• A well-groomed, professional appearance suited to a premium retail environment

Preferred qualifications

• Prior work in visa processing, travel agencies, immigration consultancies or related travel services
• Knowledge of embassy and consulate procedures and destination-specific entry regulations
• Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam and/or Tamil
