Members travel worldwide, and a single trip can bring together several hotels and villas, private flights and transfers, local guides and exclusive experiences. Each itinerary has to be personal to the member, accurate and easy to follow, with every transfer, guide and hotel confirmed in advance.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages custom trips, from the first planning conversation until the member is back home
• Builds itineraries across several cities, countries and regions, with daily plans that allow for timing, logistics, preferences and contingencies
• Researches and arranges luxury hotels and villas, private and commercial flights, ground transport, guides and touring
• Develops personalized touring programs with destination partners and local experts
• Suggests where to go, what to experience and how to travel between locations, backed by destination research
• Deals directly with hotels, destination management companies, guides and transport providers, and presents members with options, pricing and availability
• Confirms and reconfirms each element before departure, coordinates changes during travel, and anticipates and resolves disruptions quickly and calmly
• Keeps records of member preferences, bookings, deadlines and vendor communications, keeps members and internal teams informed, and works with the lifestyle concierge team on dining, events and related requests

Requirements

• Substantial experience in luxury international travel planning, centered on custom touring and complex itineraries
• Experience coordinating trips that cover several destinations and countries
• Detailed knowledge of the suppliers behind a luxury trip: hotels, villas, private guides, destination management companies and transport
• Itinerary-building skills, with the ability to coordinate timing and logistics and to turn research on unfamiliar destinations into informed recommendations
• Attention to detail, organization and follow-through
• Polished communication and confidence working directly with members and vendors
• Sound judgment to run several complex trips at once, and a proactive approach to problems
• Comfort with digital tools for managing itineraries, requests and communications
