Responsibilities
- Building and carrying out the annual Learning & Development strategy with the Learning & Development Manager
- Running and facilitating Embark and other core Four Seasons learning programs together with the relevant presenters
- Maintaining the Certified Departmental Trainer (CDT) programme and coaching Departmental Trainers
- Working with the L&D Manager and operational leads to find performance gaps and choose suitable learning solutions
- Managing mandatory, ethics, safety, compliance and service-related learning requirements
- Driving engagement, recognition, appreciation, wellbeing and employee experience initiatives across the employee journey, and supporting employee services and People & Culture projects
- Managing learning and employee experience budgets, resources, systems, records and external providers
- Partnering with the P&C Lead on hotel-wide learning, culture and employee experience
Requirements
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, influencing and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience working with diverse cultures
- A proactive, professional and service-oriented approach
Preferred qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field, though the listing says it is not required
- Hotel operations experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or another customer-centric service setting
