- Runs classroom training that builds employees’ skills, knowledge and attitude
- Adds on-the-job training aimed at operational efficiency and stronger performance for individuals and teams
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of the Training Needs Analysis process
- Train the Trainer certification
- Ability to design and develop training packages
- Detailed knowledge of every stage of the corporate training cycle, and of how targeted interventions close current or expected performance gaps
- Ability to keep good working relationships with other departments and with outside colleges, training institutes and training vendors
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, lead and motivate teams, analyze information and make sound decisions
