- Runs the full recruitment cycle for part-time, trainee, freelance and permanent roles, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviews and selection
- Sources candidates through recruitment agencies, networking events, social media and job boards, and keeps a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies
- Keeps candidates informed with timely feedback and updates, supporting a positive candidate experience and the company’s employer brand
- Partners with department heads and hiring managers on staffing needs and the recruitment plan, and guides them on candidate selection, assessment methods, interview techniques and the recruitment system
- Follows labour law, regulations, Saudization and company policies during recruitment
- Prepares regular reports on hiring activity, metrics and results for senior management, and keeps accurate records of all activity
- Tracks industry trends, best practices and Saudization targets, proposes process improvements and joins recruitment projects as needed
Requirements
- Recruitment experience in events management, marketing or entertainment, with an understanding of the industry’s talent landscape
- A record of running end-to-end recruitment across different roles and seniority levels
- Command of recruitment methods and good practice
- Excellent Arabic and English communication
- Interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Organisational and time management skills for handling several priorities at once
