The supervisor directs the store team through the full cycle of incoming shipments, storage and outgoing orders. Inventory results go to the manager, who plans future shipments with the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receipt and verification of incoming shipments, making sure materials are unloaded, stored and checked according to policy
• Keeps accurate inventory records and a detailed log of products and where they are stored
• Organizes the storage area and keeps stored goods in order
• Passes customer orders to staff for fulfillment and updates the inventory database afterwards
• Checks that shipments and inventory transactions are accurate
• Reports inventory review results to the manager and works with the manager to schedule upcoming shipments
• Coordinates with other departments
• Spots areas to improve and introduces new work procedures or adjusts existing ones

Requirements

• Degree field can also be Management
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Customer service, negotiation and time management skills, with good product knowledge
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills
• Results-driven approach focused on meeting customer expectations
• Knowledge of standard practices, procedures and equipment for receiving, storing, requisitioning and distributing supplies and materials
• Ability to maintain work schedules and uphold set work standards
