About the regulation assistant job in Beirut
The standard day runs from 9:00 to 18:00, five days a week, for an average of 40 hours. The listing also allows a 36-hour week (90% of the full schedule) spread over four days. The monthly pay starts once the new hire is trained on every function of the role and covers the full attendance schedule.
Responsibilities
- Handles incoming and outgoing calls and emails that arrange operational and medical help for medical missions
- Relays logistics details and messages to medical and paramedical responders, and contacts providers, medical or not, to confirm their availability, services and networks
- Records information and data and issues invoices
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Attendance on two weekends a month and one night a week, which the listing makes mandatory
Preferred qualifications
- Arabic
- Any other language
- Experience in management, hospitality or assistance
