Responsibilities

• Delivering training sessions on products and applications, adapted to each customer’s needs and technical level
• Supporting workshops, knowledge-transfer activities and demonstrations of the products
• Building and updating training materials, among them e-learning content, manuals and presentations
• Contributing to technical documentation and application notes, and to making the training better
• Following developments in the products and in power system technologies

Requirements

• In-depth experience with power systems, covering generation, transmission and distribution, together with protection testing
• Experience running technical training that is effective and safe
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer orientation and a problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%

Preferred qualifications

• Additional languages, such as Arabic or French
