Responsibilities
- Builds a growth strategy for each artist in line with their creative vision and career goals
- Serves as the artists’ primary contact on business and strategic matters, and nurtures those relationships
- Works with the distribution, marketing and copyright teams to support artists
- Analyzes performance data from YouTube, streaming services and social media to spot growth opportunities and refine content strategy
- Coordinates release planning, including scheduling, asset delivery and promotional campaigns for audio and video content
- Negotiates partnerships, brand deals and collaborations for managed artists
- Advises artists on content creation, audience engagement and monetization, and follows trends in the MENA music scene and creator economy
Requirements
- Located in Iraq (the listing calls this a must)
- Arabic, written and spoken
- Understanding of digital music distribution platforms and streaming ecosystems such as YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music, plus experience with distribution platforms and content management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with creative talent
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once in a busy setting
- Proficiency in YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics
- Competence in data analysis tools and reporting dashboards for tracking artist performance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

- Experience with artists in the MENA region, particularly across different music genres

- Understanding of social media growth strategies and influencer marketing in the Arab digital space
