Responsibilities
- Carries out detailed assessments and builds individual treatment plans around each client’s goals
- Delivers manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programmes
- Works with dermatology, nutrition and integrative wellness colleagues, and uses AI-driven diagnostics and digital tools where suitable
- Teaches clients about injury prevention, posture, movement patterns and home exercise plans
- Keeps accurate clinical documentation in line with local regulations and clinic protocols
- Takes part in continuous professional development, and holds to safety, ethics and client experience standards
Requirements
- Valid professional license or eligibility to practise in Qatar
- Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pain management, rehabilitation and functional movement assessment in outpatient or wellness settings
- Ability to run comprehensive physical assessments and use diagnostic tools and clinic technologies, including exposure to AI-driven or digital health platforms
- Client education skills, including adherence support and individual home exercise programmes, with safety, empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Interpersonal and communication skills for a multidisciplinary team
- Ethical practice, confidentiality and compliance with local health regulations and clinic policies
- Proficiency in English, and adaptability in an innovation-driven environment
Preferred qualifications
- Arabic language skills
- Prior work in wellness, aesthetic, sports or rehabilitation centers
- Familiarity with data-driven or technology-enhanced care models
