Responsibilities
- Provides tracheostomy care, respiratory monitoring, suctioning and airway management
- Gives NGT feeds and nutritional support
- Administers medication and tracks vital signs
- Covers everyday infant care, hygiene and developmental support
- Works to the established medical and emergency care plans
Requirements
- Qualified nurse with a genuine interest in pediatric care
- Tagalog speaker with good communication skills
- Willingness to undertake specialized medical training
- Ability to show the necessary clinical competencies before caring for the infant independently
- Compassionate, patient, nurturing and professional manner
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience with tracheostomy and NGT care
