Overseeing HVAC technicians and the upkeep of chillers, AHUs and FCUs is the main task of the HVAC Supervisor job at Anantara Hotels & Resorts in Dhofar, Oman. The position is based at Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara and covers HVAC systems across the whole resort.

The job spans guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities, combining team supervision with hands-on fault-finding.
Responsibilities
- Directs the daily work of HVAC technicians and makes sure maintenance tasks are finished on time
- Runs preventive and corrective maintenance programs for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
- Troubleshoots equipment faults and resolves HVAC complaints and breakdowns promptly
- Keeps temperatures and ventilation comfortable in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities
- Tracks equipment performance and energy consumption to improve efficiency and control costs
- Keeps maintenance records, work orders and equipment inspection reports accurate
- Follows safety procedures, environmental requirements and hotel standards, and coordinates with other departments, contractors and suppliers
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration or a related technical field
- Strong technical troubleshooting, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, safety procedures and energy conservation
Preferred qualifications
- HVAC experience in a hotel or resort
- Previous supervisory experience
