Responsibilities
- Carries out daily maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and civil systems
- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment, tools and facility infrastructure, responding quickly to emergency breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests
- Follows preventive maintenance schedules to cut downtime
- Inspects the facility regularly to spot hazards and inefficiencies
- Helps set up, install and relocate machinery, equipment or furniture when required
- Keeps accurate records of maintenance work, tools and spare parts inventory
- Checks that all maintenance work meets safety, quality and regulatory standards
- Assists in coordinating external contractors for specialized repairs or projects, and gives other departments technical support
Requirements
- A diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical or a related field
- Basic plumbing knowledge and a strong understanding of electrical, HVAC, mechanical and civil systems
- Hands-on experience with wiring, breakers and chillers
- Skill in handling tools and equipment and in troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A reliable, detail-oriented and safety-conscious approach to the work
- Team spirit and good communication, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
