Responsibilities

• Plans the project end to end, from the schedule and resources to capacity and quality assurance
• Runs the project from award to handover and covers every statutory requirement and deliverable along the way
• Keeps the project on schedule and inside its cost target
• Keeps communication smooth and prompt with every party involved, above all the customer’s representatives
• Sells variation orders promptly to help reach financial objectives
• Provides the line manager with regular project reports for decision-making
• Leads the project team, assigns suitable authority and responsibilities, and attracts, retains and develops staff to cover what the project currently needs

Requirements

Preferred qualifications

• University education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Organization and planning skills, along with IT skills
• Knowledge of the elevator and escalator industry, its products, and field and safety procedures
• At least three years of experience in installations and team leadership in E&E or construction industries
