Responsibilities

• Elicits, analyses and documents requirements, whether business, functional or non-functional, using industry-standard techniques
• Turns complex business needs into acceptance criteria, user stories and specifications that teams can act on
• Plans and runs stakeholder meetings, interviews and workshops to collect requirements and check proposed solutions
• Analyses business processes as they are now and as they should be, finds gaps and recommends improvements
• Works alongside technical and delivery teams on change initiatives, system implementation and solution design
• Supports system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), plus validation, and checks delivered solutions against business needs and objectives, organisational strategy and regulatory requirements
• Keeps requirements traceable end to end and project documentation accurate and current
• Helps with delivery tracking, status reporting, project planning and risk identification

Requirements

• Industry understanding of how to implement CRM, ERP and HRMS
• Sound grasp of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery frameworks
• Excellent skills in critical thinking, problem solving and analysis
• Verbal and written communication skills that work with stakeholders at every level of the organisation
• Teamwork in cross-functional settings and the ability to juggle several priorities

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in BFSI and healthcare technology
