Responsibilities

• Helping the business manage conduct risk incidents and losses, and follow up on issues and actions on time
• Facilitating the identification and assessment of key conduct risk exposures across ADIB Group under the bank’s framework and procedural standards
• Supporting the identification and assessment of conduct-related key risk indicators (KRIs)
• Updating and monitoring conduct risk and control assessments on the Operational Risk Management (GRC) platform
• Collating data for regular management reports on conduct risk profiles, analysis and exposures
• Supporting the roll-out of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), KRIs, incident management and issues and actions management across the Group
• Supporting the implementation of conduct risk policies and procedures, and handling ad hoc tasks from the Head of Conduct Risk Management

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• UAE National fresh graduates only
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
• Proficiency in computer tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly
