Responsibilities
- Answers staff support requests and records each one in the company’s ticket tracking system
- Diagnoses and fixes technical faults, passing complex incidents to the right team
- Installs, upgrades and sets up hardware, software and peripherals such as printers, projectors and network cabling
- Creates user accounts and permissions while applying security protocols
- Keeps the online knowledge base up to date and trains staff on software, in person and online
Requirements
- A related degree field is accepted as well
- Advanced skills in Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows Server, plus diagnosing and replacing parts in desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals with standard diagnostic utilities
- Hands-on experience managing TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, subnets, routers, switches and firewalls
- Experience creating user accounts, applying Group Policies and handling password resets in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Familiarity with virtual machine setup in VMware or Hyper-V and cloud resource administration on Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Experience configuring endpoint antivirus, enforcing firewall rules, managing data backups and deploying security patches
- Working knowledge of modern AI platforms and tools
- Analytical, structured problem-solving, a customer service mindset with clear spoken and written communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability and a team-player attitude

- Cisco certification (CCNA or CCENT)

- Cybersecurity Fundamentals
