Responsibilities
- Reports to the Governors on external, people, financial, boarding, safeguarding, pastoral and academic performance
- Chairs the Senior Leadership Team and develops new strategies together with Repton
- Sets the academic staffing structure and recruits, develops and retains staff
- Puts the people, finances, systems and policies in place for growth
- Keeps the school aligned with Ministry of Education rules in Bahrain, accreditation requirements and Repton’s own operating standards
- Oversees enrolment and sets marketing and recruitment strategy to hit targets
