Responsibilities
- Surveys sites for HVAC and mechanical replacement projects, verifies existing conditions and defines the scope of work
- Prepares RFQs with scope, BOQs, technical requirements, drawings and site information, and gathers quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for technical and commercial evaluation
- Manages assigned projects through their lifecycle, from procurement and execution to testing and commissioning, snag clearance and handover
- Reviews technical submittals, equipment and material selections, method statements and subcontractor proposals against project specifications
- Coordinates with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve technical and site issues
- Tracks schedules, costs, quality, safety, deliveries and site progress to spot delays, execution risks and commercial impacts, and prepares progress reports, variation requests and technical documentation
- Keeps activities in line with technical standards, contractual requirements, company procedures and health and safety rules, and completes handover documentation on time
Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Strong experience in site surveys, HVAC equipment replacement, RFQ preparation, BOQ and scope development, technical evaluation and project execution
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, packaged units, pumps, piping, ductwork, controls and associated mechanical works
- Proven experience coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
- Ability to manage several projects independently through testing and commissioning, snag closure and final handover
- Strong planning, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills, including preparing technical documentation and progress reports
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in HVAC equipment replacement and retrofit works
