The Customer Support Representative – Construction Equipment job at Al-Futtaim in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia belongs to the FAMCO KSA team and reports to the Regional Aftersales Manager. It combines customer inquiries and showroom support with delivery coordination, stock reports and invoicing.

The representative is the first point of contact for customers and works with the sales, aftersales, warehouse and logistics teams on customer requirements, deliveries and order fulfilment.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the first point of contact for customers, answering sales, service and general inquiries and handling concerns and complaints under company service standards, to support satisfaction and retention
- Supports walk-in customers and passes their requirements to the sales and aftersales teams
- Coordinates with the sales, aftersales, warehouse and logistics teams on order processing and fulfilment, and prepares delivery schedules with complete documentation
- Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, deliveries and communications, and creates and updates customer and vendor account data
- Prepares stock reports and daily stock and sales reports, and supports stock updates and provision calculations
- Processes payments and invoices, verifies work orders before billing, submits invoices to customers and follows up on outstanding receivables
- Complies with applicable safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in the construction equipment industry in KSA, with a solid grasp of the local market
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
Preferred qualifications
- SAP experience
- Familiarity with stock reporting, invoices, payments, receivables and delivery documentation
- Communication, interpersonal, organization, time management, problem-solving and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
