Responsibilities
- Receives and inspects incoming products and verifies them against supporting documents
- Stores products in their assigned locations according to inventory procedures
- Picks customer and transfer orders with the right quantity, size, color, style and SKU
- Packs, labels and prepares orders for dispatch to company standards
- Records warehouse transactions in the WMS or ERP system
- Takes part in cycle counts and physical inventory, and reports stock discrepancies, damaged products and operational issues
- Processes returned products following inspection and disposition procedures
- Keeps the warehouse clean, organized and safe, and works to individual productivity, accuracy and order-processing targets
