Responsibilities

• Leads sourcing from start to finish, including supplier selection, market analysis, RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, negotiation and contract awards
• Negotiates pricing models, service levels, commercial terms and contract conditions to maximize value
• Drives competitive sourcing initiatives within the procurement policies and governance
• Oversees the contract lifecycle, from drafting and execution to renewals and performance monitoring, tracks expiration dates and renewal strategies, and checks that contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and internal governance standards are met
• Monitors supplier performance and procurement risks, and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers
• Delivers annual cost-saving, value-creation and cost-avoidance targets, looks for new savings opportunities, monitors category spend and procurement performance metrics, and supports budgeting and forecasting for the assigned categories
• Prepares reports and dashboards for management review
• Acts as Category Lead for IT and HR procurement, mentors team members where applicable, provides market insights, and drives process improvements, digitization initiatives, best practices, collaboration and knowledge sharing
