Responsibilities
- Oversees all daily branch operations and makes sure company policies and procedures are followed
- Leads, supervises and evaluates the branch team, managing schedules, attendance and performance
- Develops action plans to reach the monthly sales targets
- Keeps customer service and satisfaction high, and handles customer complaints and operational issues
- Maintains product quality and operational standards
- Monitors inventory, stock levels and product wastage
- Prepares regular sales and operational performance reports
Requirements
- Previous branch management and team leadership experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve performance
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good command of English
