Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Works toward the store’s sales targets and aims to exceed them, drawing on product knowledge
• Engages clients to understand their needs, recommends suitable and complementary products, and cross-sells across the range
• Welcomes and advises each client, and builds lasting relationships through personalized clienteling
• Tells the history and stories behind the products to deepen clients’ connection to the brand
• Handles store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service and inventory management
• Follows internal procedures and guidelines, and keeps visual merchandising and personal presentation to the brand’s standards
• Supports colleagues to build a positive team spirit and to reach individual and shared goals
