Responsibilities
- Greets customers as soon as they enter, with a smile and a sincere greeting
- Gives customers current, relevant information about the products
- Serves customers in the fitting rooms and follows up with them promptly
- Handles the cash wrap efficiently, offers gift cards and captures customer information
- Keeps the store clean and organized, the cash wrap included, to the required standards
- Makes a positive first impression through an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code
- Thanks customers sincerely as they leave and invites them back
- Carries out other operational tasks as directed by store management
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Organizational skills to keep the store clean and up to standard
- Physical stamina to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and do some heavy lifting
