Responsibilities

• Helps coordinate daily catering orders, dispatches and deliveries
• Enters data and keeps operational records, schedules and reports
• Supports inventory tracking, equipment movement and stock records
• Prepares dispatch documents, requisitions and other operational paperwork
• Liaises with the kitchen, pastry, stores, drivers and operations teams to keep the day running smoothly
• Follows up on daily catering activity and assists the team during busy periods and events

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience only in restaurants, catering companies, hotels, bakeries, cafés or central kitchens
• Previous work in operations, dispatching, inventory, storekeeping or administration within food and beverage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• TS, BT or a relevant degree
