Responsibilities

• Pitches in on operations tasks in the department on a regular basis to support order fulfillment
• Coaches line operators on productivity, quality and safe behaviors
• Develops expertise across all operations processes in the department

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environments
• Microsoft Office experience for 1+ years, including Excel
• Flexibility on schedules, shifts and work areas, including weekends, nights and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk through shifts of up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach

Preferred qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a warehousing, retail or distribution setting
