Responsibilities

• Defines end-to-end testing strategies, test plans and execution methods for the lending modules in Finacle
• Leads, mentors and manages the QA engineers at the client site, allocating resources and keeping delivery on time
• Acts as the client’s main technical QA contact, holding reviews, presenting status reports and managing UAT cycles
• Oversees test case creation, execution and defect tracking for Retail and Corporate Lending operations, in line with local banking regulations
• Runs daily defect triage meetings, tracks defects to closure in JIRA and works with development teams to clear critical bottlenecks

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken, for client communication
• Extensive QA experience in Corporate Lending, Retail Lending, Mortgages or Credit Risk
• Hands-on test design and execution experience on the Finacle core banking platform
• Mastery of functional, regression, integration, migration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Willingness to work full-time at the client site in Kuwait and to manage local client dynamics effectively

Preferred qualifications

• Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB
