The post sits with the Valsoft marketing team in Beirut and reports to ServiceCentral’s Managing Director, who currently sets positioning, category naming and ICP. A part-built AI marketing pipeline, brand voice and competitive research are there to inherit and improve. Hours are shifted for about four hours of daily overlap with Eastern Time colleagues, which keeps the working day running late into the evening in Beirut.
Responsibilities
- Runs paid ads, social channels, the blog, landing pages and the website for RepairQ and ServiceManager
- Keeps RepairQ and ServiceManager in distinct voices, one aimed at repair retailers and the other at OEMs, 3PLs and depots
- Handles first response to inbound leads and routes each one to the right person quickly
- Builds outbound assets and copy variants for the sales team and refines them according to which get replies
- Reports on the funnel: sessions, form fills, reply rates and leads turned into opportunities
- Turns release material from product, engineering and customer success into short customer videos explaining what changed and why it matters
- Automates parts of the job continuously and reports monthly on what was taken off the plate
Requirements
- Hands-on B2B marketing across content, social, web and paid
- Fluent daily use of AI tools, plus at least one thing built that now runs without the builder
- Comfort with the technical layer, from a CMS and an ads platform to analytics and enough scripting or automation to answer whether a task can be automated
- Clear written English, since most output is read by North American buyers
- A habit of shipping: going live and learning rather than waiting for perfection
Preferred qualifications
- Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product to SMB and enterprise buyers at once
- Background in or around retail, repair, logistics or field service
- An internal tool, agent or workflow built that other people ended up using
