HR executive job details in Dubai
The week is split: one day at each of the three venues, spent meeting managers and staff and handling employee queries, and two days at Head Office for payroll processing, documentation, reporting and work with the wider HR team.
Responsibilities
- Prepares monthly payroll for the three venues, covering attendance, overtime, service charge/tips, deductions and adjustments, and keeps WPS compliance and payroll records accurate
- Keeps employee files, contracts and HR systems up to date
- Runs onboarding from offer letters and documentation to system setup, coordinating visas and medicals through the PRO, and leads induction sessions on company policies, culture and venue standards
- Handles offboarding for resignations, terminations and end-of-contract cases, with final settlements and gratuity worked out under UAE Labour Law, plus exit interviews, clearances and visa cancellations
- Advises managers on employee relations and runs disciplinary processes, from investigations and hearings to warning letters, handled fairly and consistently
- Acts as first contact for staff and managers at the venues, tracking leave, probation reviews and visa renewals
- Supports HR projects across the group
Requirements
- Hands-on UAE payroll experience, including WPS and end-of-service calculations
- Good working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Confidence handling disciplinary and employee relations cases
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle several venues and deadlines at once
- An approachable manner and ease in building trust with frontline teams and managers
- Strong Excel skills
Preferred qualifications
- HR experience in hospitality, F&B or another multi-site environment
- Experience with an HRIS or payroll system
