• Builds working relationships with Emirates Group Security units and other stakeholders, and promotes security awareness
• Tracks trainee performance and classroom attendance, and gives feedback
• Raises training and operational concerns with the training operations team promptly
• Submits training reports and results so the Learning Management System stays current
• Reviews course feedback against the training needs analysis, and recommends new approaches and content improvements
• Keeps required trainer qualifications valid and continues professional development

Requirements

• Proficiency in communication and business writing
• Knowledge of international and national aviation security regulations and requirements
• Knowledge of training delivery methodologies and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
