Responsibilities
- Gives functional assistance and direction to the food and beverage operations
- Coordinates activities with the heads of other departments
- Handles contact with clients, suppliers, government officials, competitors and the local community
- Works within the hotel’s business plan, Wyndham’s corporate policies and local regulations
