Responsibilities
- Administers servers, networks, firewalls and the wider IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and virtualization environments
- Puts cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery procedures in place and monitors them
- Supports employees with hardware, software and connectivity problems, and troubleshoots issues to keep the business running
- Supports ERP systems and business applications in coordination with vendors
- Keeps IT assets, licenses and technical documentation up to date, and follows a preventive maintenance schedule
- Maintains IT connectivity and systems across production facilities and administrative departments
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, firewalls and virtualization
- Experience with Microsoft 365, backup solutions and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with ERP systems and database administration
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and juggle several priorities
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
