Responsibilities

• Guides investors and end-users through an off-plan purchase to the signed SPA, advising on projects, payment plans, investment returns and developer credibility
• Closes deals and works to meet sales targets
• Negotiates terms for clients and handles transactions transparently and in line with compliance requirements
• Builds relationships with investors, high-net-worth clients and developers
• Tracks new launches, pricing and market trends across Dubai
• Looks after clients once the sale is done, so they return as buyers and pass on referrals

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Track record of closing deals, even an early one
• Working knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market, developers and RERA regulations
• Confidence and professionalism when dealing with high-net-worth clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Self-driven and organized, comfortable working independently and in a team

Preferred qualifications

• Off-plan experience, ideally at a reputable or fast-growing brokerage
• Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Urdu or another language besides English, which the advert calls a strong advantage
