- Handles IFRS, taxation, statutory reporting, internal controls and audits, along with financial risk, corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Drives finance digitalization, including ERP optimization, reporting automation and financial dashboards

Requirements
- One of CA, CPA, CFA or CMA, or an equivalent professional certification
- At least five years as Finance Director or in an equivalent senior leadership position
- Proven finance leadership in manufacturing, industrial processing, metals, mining or related industries
- Strong grounding in manufacturing cost accounting, treasury management, financial planning and working capital optimization
- Experience with CAPEX evaluation, project finance, investment analysis and EBITDA improvement
- Experience managing external audits, Board reporting, banking relationships and shareholder communications
- Strong command of IFRS, financial governance, risk management and ERP systems
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance
