Responsibilities

• Wins new business in 3PL, warehousing and cold storage services
• Builds the sales pipeline through market research, industry networking and visits to clients
• Manages and grows key existing accounts, aiming for strong retention and repeat business
• Prepares commercial proposals, pricing structures and SLAs for corporate clients, and negotiates contract terms within company policy and target margins
• Works with operations and warehouse management so each proposed solution is commercially and operationally workable
• Hosts client site visits and facility walkthroughs to show warehouse and cold store capabilities
• Monitors competitors, market trends and regional pricing
• Delivers sales targets and KPIs, with regular performance reports, revenue forecasts and pipeline updates for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience specifically in 3PL, warehousing, logistics or cold chain
• Record of regularly meeting or beating sales targets and winning high-value logistics and warehousing contracts
• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Solid understanding of warehousing operations, cold storage requirements and 3PL commercial models
• Negotiation, presentation and deal-closing skills, strong relationship management, and the drive to work independently toward targets
• Analytical strength in sales reporting, forecasting, MS Office and CRM platforms

Preferred qualifications

• Existing network of corporate contacts in UAE logistics, FMCG, retail or distribution
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or Hindi
