The post centres on Microsoft cloud services, with availability, security and performance as the priorities, and it supports cloud adoption and technology projects in line with IT policies. It also gives Microsoft 365 support to Dallah Digital’s sister companies.

Responsibilities

• Provisions, configures, administers and monitors Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, backup and recovery
• Administers Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams
• Runs Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, covering users and groups, enterprise applications, authentication, conditional access and privileged access within approved security policies
• Sets up data security and compliance controls with Microsoft Purview, tracks security recommendations and vulnerabilities, manages email security tools such as Microsoft Defender and Sophos, and drafts policies and standards aligned with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) guidelines
• Monitors service health, capacity and performance, investigates incidents and gives Level 3 support for Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID and Active Directory, working with Microsoft Support when needed
• Oversees backup, retention and recovery arrangements, and supports business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Supports cloud adoption, migrations, tenant configuration and integration projects, including cross-tenant synchronisation and migration, and uses PowerShell and automation tools to cut manual effort and cloud costs
• Coordinates with IT management and the infrastructure, network, security, application and support teams at Dallah Digital, acts as an escalation point, keeps technical documentation current and supports sister companies’ Microsoft 365 needs

Requirements

• Microsoft professional certifications in Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and giving comprehensive technical support
• Proven delivery of technical support, covering hardware and software, and management of complex IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Purview and Entra ID, plus Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory and virtualisation
• Knowledge of Intune deployment and management, IT infrastructure, networking, information security, cybersecurity and cloud service integration
• Project management, team management and leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communication, collaboration and presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep up with technology developments
• Saudi nationality
