Responsibilities

• Leads ITSM and ITAM projects end to end, gathering requirements, designing the solution, deploying it and supporting it afterwards
• Designs ITSM and ITAM architectures that scale, stay resilient and keep pace with changing client needs
• Sets up ITIL-based processes covering incident, change, asset and service catalog management, among others, and enforces them
• Builds continuous-improvement strategies for ITSM and ITAM practice, using automation and analytics to streamline workflows and improve service delivery
• Follows emerging technologies and industry trends in ITSM, ITAM and related fields, assessing how they could affect TJDEED’s solutions and services

Requirements

• Understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, together with ITIL Foundation v4
• Demonstrated track record in architecting and deploying ITSM and ITAM solutions within large enterprise environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• ITIL process standardization, workflow optimization, solution architecture and solution design
• Presentation skills, time management and working under pressure
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
