• Hands-on supervision of site workers and subcontractors, including proper use of materials, with knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes and techniques
• Good physical condition and a commitment to health, safety and compliance standards on site
• Coordination with project managers, designers, consultants, mall management and landlords, plus problem-solving and decision-making under tight deadlines with attention to detail and quality
• Relevant certifications or technical training in construction or interior fit-out management
• Valid UAE driving license
