Responsibilities
- Represents the company before the Tax Department (ISTD), Social Security (SSC), MIT and GAM
- Supervises statutory filings and renewals as well as audits
- Serves as the company’s authorized bank signatory and runs its banking relationships and cash disbursements
- Puts strong maker-checker controls in place, along with compliance tracking and robust SOPs
Requirements
- A professional certification: JCPA, CPA, ACCA or CMA
- A proven record of direct dealings with Jordanian ministries and government authorities
- Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic
- Advanced Excel and proficiency with modern ERP systems
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Odoo
